Shipping

    All of my shipping is insured and shipped through USPS first class mail. This being said I only ship to places in the United States. I hope to eventually be able to branch out and support world wide shipping. The shipping costs are included in the quoted cost of your product.

    Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days on top of the order processing and creation, although because of the unpredictability because of Covid-19 it is subject to take longer. This being said I do commit to all orders to be processed and made within 3 weeks of initial order date, and can be done in as little as 1 if placed as a "Rushed" order. 

​Returns

   All orders do have the option of a return. If your product does not meet your satisfaction because it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you can have it returned and remade. I do not issue refunds but would love to correct my work if it is not to your standards.

   If for some reason your order needs to be canceled after its already been placed, you have 48 hours to request a refund. If this request is not made within those 48 hours than you only get 50% of the original purchase refunded. 

Shipping "Rushed" Orders

If you need an order quickly, for an extra charge you can purchase it as a "rushed" order. I will guarantee to process your order and make it within 1 week of the purchase date and will ship it through USPS with priority over night shipping to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible. I can not guarantee shipping times because of the Covid-19 pandemic and should not be held responsible if your product is received later than expected.

 

Portraits, Shoes that need sizes to be ordered, Rolled canvas, murals, and Very detailed pieces by my discretion are not available for Rush ordering because they need more time allotted to be done to the highest standards. Thank you for your understanding.
